The Customer has the right to withdraw from the supply agreement, even partially, without explanation, penalty or additional expense, if the withdrawal is communicated by registered letter with return receipt within 10 business days from the date the goods were received to: Ricciardi Srl - Via B. D'Alviano 5 - 20146 Milano. The registered letter in which the Customer exercises his/her right of withdrawal can be sent in advance by e-mail to this address: firstname.lastname@example.org or via fax to the number +39 02 58103559. Ricciardi Srl will return the amount paid for products as quickly as possible, and in any case, within 30 days from the date on which they became aware of the customer’s withdrawal.
In the notice of right of withdrawal, the Customer shall indicate the date and number of the order, the date and progressive number of the invoice, and the description of the goods that he/she wants to return.
When we receive this notice, we will send all the instructions and the RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization number) by e-mail. Within 5 business days of receiving this notice, the Customer shall send the goods in their original packaging (the same in which he/she received them), at his/her own expense. All or part of the supply may be returned.
It is mandatory to put the RMA number on the outside of the packing. All shipments made before the notice of the right of withdrawal to Ricciardi Srl, or all shipments that do not have a valid RMA code, will be returned to the sender.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer shall accept the following conditions:
for non-food items (such as glasses, bottle openers, etc.): these products shall be as new (i.e. as if they had never been used) with the same packaging and packing materials, and also with the same content as when they were received.
for food items: seals and labels of these products, bearing product information, must not present any sign of opening/tampering.
In particular, when the Customer accepts this supply agreement, he/she states and takes the full civil and penal responsibility that the food for which he/she wants to exercise the right of withdrawal has not been chemically, biologically or physically contaminated, and that it has not been subjected to strong temperature changes or stored at a temperature below 2 °C or higher than 37 °C.
The Customer shall not have the right of withdrawal if:
- The points A or B above are not observed.
- The ordered products are of highly perishable, or cannot be returned due to their nature.
- The ordered goods were customised or are tailor-made products.
- The ordered goods are not listed in the catalogue, but were obtained after an explicit request.
- The goods were purchased by a professional user or for resale, and so all purchases have been invoiced with VAT.
The Customer is responsible for the returned shipment, as well as the costs. Any shipment charged to Ricciardi Srl will be rejected. At the time of the refund, shipment costs not will be counted.
